AMSTERDAM/OSLO: Circle Economy has joined the Nordic Circular Hotspot (NCH), its advocacy counterpart in Scandinavia, to accelerate a circular business transition through knowledge sharing, networking and collaborative projects.

The partnership is part of an NCH 10-year programme designed to accelerate a strategic, systematic and efficient circular market transition and sustainable development in the Nordic region.

“Since collaboration is key to circularity and today’s value chains swiftly need to change from linear to circular, it is crucial to join forces with like- and heart-minded organisations such as Circle Economy,” declared Einar Holthe, NCH managing partner.

Circle Economy combines data, tools and digital knowledge to support businesses, cities and nations with practical roadmaps for change. The two organisations have already shared experiences of co-creating general business awareness in the Nordics.

NCH is hosting a virtual B2B matchmaking event showcasing circular and sustainable ideas, scalable solutions and business models during the World Circular Economy Forum 2021 in Toronto, September 13-15. On November 25-26 NCH is hosting a circular economy summit to explore opportunities throughout the Nordic region.
